Thank you for recently contacting us offering your services as a potential supplier to the McKenzie Aged Care.

As I’m sure you will appreciate we receive many proposals, phone calls and meeting requests.

Due to a prior acquisition, our supplier base has largely increased in recent times. As a result, we are currently only working within our existing supply database and only those businesses will be invited to discuss opportunities for new residences.

Put simply, the process of choosing our suppliers works like this:

• If you are not currently trading as an existing approved supplier you will not be invited to register your interest for Seaton Place or any of our residences.
• The only exception is if a current provider is not meeting our needs. Should this ever be the case, then we will invite potential suppliers to partake in this process at our discretion.
• Also, it cannot be assumed that being a current supplier will automatically mean that you acquire the business of any of our new residences.

Here at McKenzie we understand that there are many innovations on the market, however, please understand that we conduct our own sourcing activities whenever there is a need for such a product or service.

While we appreciate your eager and proactive approach to supply to our business, we have no supply requirements that we need you to fill at this time.
