With a feeling that’s more like being on holiday, The Terraces creates an instant impression – and our international community adds to its charm.
The fun and conversation among our residents is at its most lively in our activities room, and the ground floor café is another favourite meeting place.
Located close to Varsity Lakes, The Terraces also offers plenty of local cafés, restaurants and shopping for visiting friends and families to enjoy.
Our connections with the local community are also supported by our volunteers from the nearby Bond University and local schools, who help bring the community closer to us.
Our door is always open to families and friends, who have become part of the welcoming community that makes The Terraces such a warm and friendly place to live. Our café, with its homemade foods and lively chatter, is always popular with residents, staff and visitors.
We also have many quiet spaces in our beautiful gardens and courtyards, and small sitting areas, where our residents can read a book, do a crossword or just spend time with a loved one.
