Aged care
Helping you stay
active and connected
Being social
Having an active social life is vital, and we take great care to ensure you have plenty of opportunities to be with friends, meet new people, get out and about and feel part of the community. Some of our many structured social activities include friendship groups, cultural events, celebrations, bus outings, local shopping, entertainment, computers, beauty therapy, music and sing-a-longs.
Staying active and having fun
We have a specialist Lifestyle and Wellbeing Team at every residence to help
you choose enjoyable activities, from gentle or advanced exercise, to art and craft, music and walking groups. All are optional and all are tailored to match your interests and level of mobility. And to help to keep your mind sharp and active, our games and quizzes are always a great source of fun and laughter.
Spiritual connections
Spirituality has an important place at all of our residences and we have many activities that could be called spiritual. Some are religious and others fit a broader definition, from meditation and relaxation, to bible groups, spirituality workshops, and church services across a variety of denominations.
