The Ormsby staff and management have been wonderful in the support and care given over what has been a very difficult time. All the staff and Banksia wing have been excellent in their nursing care and mental support. All the staff are kind, caring and considerate.
From day 1 we were so impressed with this beautiful facility, the cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness. My family and I wanted nothing but the best for Dad and we are 100% +++ satisfied. All the staff are wonderful, caring, happy people. The food is delicious. The Nurses are loving and we are confident that dad will be very well looked after.
Rosebrook is great I have my own space and love my privacy, I love the freedom of choice.
I am very happy at Rosebrook, I find the quality of care is exceptional, the environment is pleasing and the lifestyle team are fantastic with their activities. I find my privacy is well respected and my family are kept well informed.
I felt very anxious when I first came to Rosebrook. I was made to feel part of the family here, encouraged to activities and I have made many new friends by coming to the activities. I feel safe, well fed and very well looked after and I have settled in well.

I am very happy here. All the people here are so kind. After trying a two week respite at a different aged care provider I was then offered Sandbrook. I immediately loved it and felt at home. I’ve now been here for nearly a year. There is a wonderful variety of meals provided by our chef, they are delicious. The activities keep me busy and social with other residents.
I have been a resident at Sandbrook for almost 12 months. It was a big change for me after being independent in my own home. The staff here are wonderful and really take care of me. The activities they promote for residents are wonderful and keep the residents happy and healthy.
THANK YOU to you and your staff as over the last few weeks mum has been really lively, positive and happy saying she’s settled and comfortable. This is such a change from the previous few months that it’s remarkable. I hoped that you would be able to give her a new lease of life and it seems that you have!

CapellaBay is a fantastic facility and run to the highest standards and the staff really do make the utmost effort to treat the residents as "family" and make it their home.
We cannot recommend Capella Bay highly enough to any of our friends who may need your care for their loved ones and we will continue to do so.

Setting the benchmark for caring Aged Care. All facilities should be as interactive and fun.
I have been SUPER IMPRESSED with ALL of the staff at Buderim Views. From the Clinical staff to the Carers and Reception staff, fantastic communication as well as friendly and helpful. The leadership in that facility are doing a good job.
Some years ago in very poor health, my daughter chose Buderim Views as a place I might find contentment and better health. Leaving family and friends and the change was confusing but I soon found the welcoming help and comfort I got from staff was great and so freely given. My room is so cosy and I can look out at my beautiful garden with pride, this all makes Buderim Views my home and my family.
My husband and I are very pleased it is here that we are living, especially with this awful virus that has hit the world. The staff are all good at their jobs and very helpful when we need an thing done or need anything extra

This is my first experience with an aged care facility with my mother entering The Ashley last month for respite care. From my first phone enquiry, I was given clear information and a quick follow up email setting out precise details. From the moment I visited The Ashley, all of the staff were friendly to me, but more importantly I observed their caring nature to all of the clients/patients. This gives the Ashley such a homely atmosphere
The team have shown a commitment and dedication to our mothers needs and have been very professional. A credit to you and the management team.
This respite admission has also assisted us as a family, should mum need to be placed permanently in the near future, then Ashley is where she will go.
