Celebrating Excellence
Each year, McKenzie staff, residents and families have the opportunity to nominate someone for a Go Beyond award. The awards are a celebration of staff whose kindness, compassion and commitment to excellence make a difference to the lives of others in our community.
Staff at all levels are eligible to receive an award, with two winners chosen from each facility, including Support Office. All winners receive a certificate, pin and gift, while all nominees receive a Certificate of Acknowledgement.
Nominations & Prize Draw
If there is an individual or a team that you would like to acknowledge with a nomination, tell us about them and YOU will be entered into a national prize draw to win a $150 gift voucher*.
Nominations close 11:59pm on Sunday 2 October 2022.

- * Only staff of McKenzie Aged Care Group are eligible to win the gift voucher.
- The name of staff members who submit Go Beyond nominations will be placed into the draw. One name will be randomly selected as the winner.
- The winner will be contacted by email.
- The prize draw will be conducted at 1/116 Martin St, Brighton on Wednesday 26 October 2022.
